Super Star Car Wash - Greenfield Rd & Baseline Rd

Extremely Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this car wash, and after my experience today, I’m definitely not interested in keeping my membership. They consistently have only one lane open, which causes the line to back up into the street. On top of that, the actual car wash machine seems to be broken more often than it works. The vacuums are another issue—they rarely have enough suction to properly clean your car. Today was the final straw. There was, of course, a huge line with only one lane open. An employee came out and told me that the roller wasn’t working and that I should just go to another car wash. I tried asking him a few questions, but he was extremely rude and acted like he couldn’t care less. When I asked about canceling my membership, he said he couldn’t help me and simply walked away. I’ve also called their phone number multiple times, only to reach an answering service with no real help. Save yourself the frustration. Don’t come here, and definitely don’t let them talk you into a membership. In my experience, the machine is unavailable or not working properly far too often to justify paying for one.

Every time I go there I have to move my vehicle to find a working vacuum. Today I decided to ask the kid that worked there if he could do anything as I have walked to nearly every vacuum and either didn’t work at all or very little suction. The answer was no. I asked to speak to the manager and after waiting a couple minutes worker appeared to tell me the manager was at lunch and maintenance person wasn’t there. I went through the car wash today and a milky white oily reside was left in my car. Puddles of it. Take your business somewhere else. In this economy I feel like I should get what I pay for. $30 a month!. It’s always something with them. And at multiple locations.

James helped me today! I have a black car that is dirty the second I leave! He told me about the upgraded washes! I would rather pay an extra 15$ dollars a month for the peace of mind and time it takes to not have to do the drying and cleaning spots off myself! That is a no brainer. Pays for itself after two washes! Think smarter not harder. James deserves a raise! Thank u!

Location has cones up while open, I would avoid this location unless you like driving to a location that should be open to use your unlimited car wash and find out that you waisted whatever time it took to drive to this location, then whatever time it takes to take a chance the next closest location doesn't have cones up.

The price is great, wash is great but getting thru can be tricky. The bar at the drive thru for customers who have a subscription plan should automatically open when u pull up, but it doesn't. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I waited 15min one day for someone to come around and open it. Ya'll need to get that fixed
